⁴² so that anyone who killed someone accidentally and without prior hatred could flee to one of these cities and be safe: ⁴³ Bezer in the wilderness on the plateau for the Reubenites, Ramoth in Gilead for the Gadites, and Golan in Bashan for the Manassites.
